The rain/snow didn't compromise our enjoyment in the least as our group of four walked inside and out with guide Rochelle last Sat. What a memory! Rochelle excelled in her role of teacher/leader as we sampled Middle Eastern food and sweets in the Reading Terminal Market, followed by a mini-cheese course and tasting (and purchasing adventure) and ending with a gelato blind tasting of six flavors. I have two new favorite cheese selections to share with guests; how fabulous! We embraced the personalization of our small group and encourage the option of even paying more for this opportunity. All of our questions were addressed and we were just with our friends and no strangers - delightful. So nice to meet you, Rochelle. Thanks again.

Did the Philly Food Tour with husband and three children. We all really enjoyed it. The food selections were ideal for both adults and children - that is, it is not totally gourmet but rather traditional Phlly foods. Tomato pie, Philly Cheesesteak and Pretzels were a few of the samplings. We also took in city sights as we walked and out tour guide did a good job of pointing out and discussing Philly landmarks. Would definitely recommend this.

Enjoyed tour very much. Tour guide was good, hard to hear at times due to the date we picked (St. Patrick's Day) and the crowds in most stops were large and noisy. But overall enjoyed hearing about the history of prohibition. Drinks were different as cocktails from this era are not something I would normally drink. Walking required and we had some nasty cold/sleet and rain but on a nice day this would have been even better.

Visited Philadelphia for my first time this month and made it a high priority to experience as much of Philly food as possible. I signed up to this tour due to the fact that it visited the small "mom & pops" spots instead of the "World Famous" ones. We met with Christine who is a native Philadelphian and she took us on a very memorable tour, historical and food. She was very professional, funny and had a lot of history on the city. The food was great, not too filing, but enough where you feel you got a stomach full of goodness. Christine even suggested a few places that we could go to get a few souvenirs. I'd recommend this to anyone coming to visit the city and would like a fun and intimate tour of Philly!

A very delightful Philly food tour. Our guide Rochelle was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. When visiting Philadelphia if we decide to do another tour we would hope to have the same tour guide. Having just a party of (4) on 3/16/13 our tour was very personalized which was perfect. Rochelle answered all our questions and showed us many interesting sights along our walking tour, she made the tour so enjoyable despite the inclement weather. Many thanks to Rochelle !! :-)
