We had a great visit at Independence Hall and were touched by the sincerity of the workers/volunteers there. You could tell that they truly care about the place. It is a momentous location, with the original Liberty Bell having once rang in the steeple. The inaugurations of George Washington and John Adams also took place here. You can see the room where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed. It is kept very well in tact and gives you a real sense of what it was like back then during these world-changing deliberations. We loved our visit and would recommend everyone check it out. Oh, and no charge to enter. You have to pay $12.50 to enter the private museum located on the other side of the park called Constitution Center and we did not go there.

A trip to Philly without seeing the liberty bell? Impossible! We enjoyed Independence Hall and all the surrounding historical buildings. Grandchildren enjoyed them too.

How could you be in the city where the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution and NOT visit. The Hall and Liberty Bell are free admission. Guides were wonderful, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. During weekdays, kids field trips can bring large crowds.

A must on list of places to take visitors. Summer offers outdoor film events. Nice grounds to wait while your 30th group of guests happily trek through!

Could not be more excited to stand where our forefathers have stood and our great country was formed. The buildings are very well kept up and almost all original wood and painting are there. The tour is great and you learn a lot of little known facts and it is free. Great job by the national parks service, can't wait to go back!
