“Great Place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

Visited on a Saturday morning. The tour took about an hour, but there are other free tours in the area that we did directly after the tour of Independence Hall. My recommendation is to get to the Visitors center early to get your ticket. According to one of the tour guides, you should be there before noon to be able to get a ticket.

It was great to stand on the steps of a building that holds such much history for the beginning of the United States

“Bucket List”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013 via mobile

This should be on everyone's bucket list to see at least once. Tickets are readily available in the morning and the tour last about 45 minutes. Also don't forget to see the many sites nearby. Parking is available at the visitor center for $17 a day.

“Bucket List Item - EXACTLY How I Imagined!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2013 via mobile

I have wanted to visit Independence Hall ever since I learned about it. How wonderful it was to finally stand where our forefathers strived to build our country. The guide was extremely knowledgable and engaging. I was lucky and got to go with a bunch of 12 or so - great picture opportunities. I am so thankful that I got a chance to visit!!

“The tour makes this a top-notch visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 3, 2013

Independence Hall could have been just another musty historic place that's set up to look like it did in the 18th century. But it is the informative and entertaining tour that made it worthwhile. Our guide made the story of America's birthplace come to life. You can really appreciate standing just a few feet away from where Washington, Franklin, Adams, and all the others signed the Declaration of Independence and formed the United States. The focus is on two rooms: the courtroom and the place where the Declaration was signed. Demand for tickets can be high: arrive early at the Visitor's Center across the mall, or request tickets online. Plan to enter security about 15 minutes before your tour starts, and the tour itself is about 30 minutes.
