Love Independence Hall and the tour. I have never, however, been able to get tickets for the tour unless I went to purchase them before 10 am. It is very popular!

It's a necessary tour stop for our Foreign Exchange Students. We visited in January with no tickets required and very little waiting.

It is somewhat humbling to stand in the room where our constitution and freedoms were formed. The tour guide was very entertaining and engaging. He was more than willing to stand around and answer questions and did not have a hurried sense even though they are moving groups through quite frequently.

A wonderful destination for every American, and for visitors to our country. To this day, I still get a little shiver when the guide talks about Franklin not knowing whether the sun on Washington's chair was going to be a rising one, or a setting one.

If one didn't know the history of this place it would be just another building from a bygone era. BUT...the knowledge of what transpired here makes it very special even if you're not American. The park rangers give a wonderful tour. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
We went in December and the tour group was fairly small which enhanced the experience!
