“Don't fall for overpriced parking”
Reviewed August 5, 2012

Love Fergie's for the reasons that the other reviewers have mentioned, so I just want to make a quick note about parking because you obviously can't even begin to enjoy the ambience until your car is in good hands. So, having spent quite a bit of time driving around today trying to find a spot, here's what I recommend (at least if you're going to be there on a Saturday afternoon/evening). There's a lot immediately across from Fergie's and a few garages within a block or so, but for 3 hours you're going to stuck paying upwards of $20 at these places. Waste of money...avoid them. However, there's a garage on Sansom and 10th that will only cost you $10, so if you don't mind walking a few extra blocks, this appears to be your cheapest bet.

“Hit the Spot - Happy, Comfortable Atmosphere”
Reviewed July 30, 2012

Our group of 4 grabbed a high top table in this Irish Pub this past weekend and had a round of Duvel's before making our trip out to the Susquehanna Bank Center. Yeah yeah, Belgian beers in the Irish Pub... so? We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while an Irish acoustic band jammed out at a table in the corner. It was a happy atmosphere listening to them play and enjoying our strong beers, it was a shame when we had to leave to make our train... I'd certanly stop in again if I were to find myself in the area.

“Authenic”

We visited this pub most nights of our stay. The service was excellent! The live music was outstanding!

My husband is Irish and states that the pub reminds him of some of the pubs he visited in Ireland.

We will definetly visit again when we return to the city.

“A refreshing break”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

Hidden a bit off the main drag where plenty of higher priced restaurants will lure you to wait an hour or more for noise and stress, Fergie's is a great little spot for a relaxing bite and drink after a long walk in the neighborhood.

We had a terrible time finding a restaurant on a Monday night. There were a few with long wait times and high prices ($15 tacos etc.), and we were getting desperate. Then my wife spotted Fergie's Pub, we went inside, and we camped at a table immediately. It was so relaxed and homey. The waitress and bartender (Irish) were down to earth and pleasant. The beer on tap hit the spot, and the $10 Shepherd's Pie (accompanied by a large Romaine salad) was delicious.

I really liked this little pub. It wasn't pretentious at all, and it was a great place for the family to relax and eat without ruining the bank.
