While in Philadelphia for a wedding, we stopped in to Dim Sum Garden. We were seated right away which might not always be the case. We were there for quite a late lunch, not at the peak time. The soup dumplings were great. Our waiter asked if we had ever had them before and explained how to eat them. That was good for me since I eat a lot of Americanized Chinese food but have less experience with authentic Chinese food. I recommend the steamed soup dumplings and the scallion pancakes. Great value. We had way too much food and our bill was less than $40 for two people with tip.
