Toby's is in a historic building on the waterfront of Coupeville, nestled among the local shops, and can't be missed. Serving a variety of seafood and pub grub is a hit. Local beers, local patrons and a friendly staff make it a welcome stop on your visit to Coupeville. Try for a table by the windows, but even the bar stools have a great view of the waterway passing literally under the building.

My husband and I dined at Toby's for dinner. We liked the local bar feel of Toby's. we both had fried shrimp and chips. It was an okay meal. If I went back would try another entree.

Funky place that could use a good dusting, but the food is consistently good and the staff is friendly and attentive. House beer - Parrot Red is excellent. Views of Penn Cove on a clear day just stunning.

Nice , friendly , old school tavern that serves local Penn cove mussels. Many beers on tap, a pool table and eclectic collection of Pacific Northwest may memorabilia. Hanging out over the bay with views up to Mt Baker enjoy 3 kinds of fish and chips, Salmon, Cod or Halibut, blackened Halibut or prime rib. great burger menu too and don't forget the mussels. The bar itself has been around over a 100 years. Pay at the counter and get a giant brownie for dessert while you walk the little shopping area for souvenirs.

Good food, just loud waitress. Lots of fun art on the walls, old shabby bar. Had a good meal. Lots of locals and many stories to be told.
