Long drive, but worth it. Not enough parking at the top, might have to go around a few times. We picnicked bu the prarie dog fields, very fun to watch. Everyone should see it once in their lifetime, but once it pretty much enough.

Loved the visite. Nice trail around the base - with interesting facts panels along the path. The mountain itself is awesome! Do stop at the base of the tower on your way out. There were cute prairie dogs all over the the place, which our teenage daughter really loved.

We decided to take the time to go see Devils Tower and were so glad we did! Our daughters (4 and 6) loved climbing up the boulders that are at the base of the tower. It was the highlight of their trip. You can hike around the base of the tower and there are a couple other hiking trails. We were going to hike around the base but after the girls were done climbing up the rocks they were wiped out. It's a super cool place to visit.

We loved walking around the base of Devils Tower. We really enjoyed the rock and watching climbers scale it. We were really surprised that we liked it so much. Well worth the visit.

This was a great national monument to visit. There is a nice trail that lets you walk around the entire "tower" and see it from all sides. The kids enjoyed the trail as well, and we found some bones and other interesting things while walking, so it kept their interest the entire walk. There were a few rock climbers out as well, who were climbing the tower. The visitor center was small, but had some good information about the formation of the tower- that's a good place to go before walking around.
