The Condo was very nice, well appointed and a short drive to Eagle Lodge. There's no tv in the main living space, which wasn't a big deal for us because we played games and enjoyed conversing with one another. Very disappointed that the fireplace wasn't working. I called maintenance Friday when we arrived to see if I wasn't working the fireplace properly since it wouldn't turn on. I was told they were already aware of it and the front desk was supposed to have let us known upon arrival. We were promised someone would be out later in the evening or first thing Saturday morning. No one came the entire weekend to fix it. I called again Saturday and left a message but didn't hear back from anyone. One of the main reasons for booking this condo was to have a fireplace. I would've gone with a less expensive option otherwise. There was a layer of dust on all hard surfaces except maybe the kitchen area (allergies acted up because of the dust)and the heater seemed to only have one setting even after turning it up/down. We had to sleep with a few windows open upstairs because it was just too hot, and this was just after a major snowfall. You would think paying $3,000+ for three nights would get you a top notch rental and service. Overall, it was clean and linens were clean as well. It was nicely decorated and felt cozy. The beds were comfortable and most of the rooms had tvs. There was a jacuzzi outside on the patio that was a nice option (we didn't use it). I received a courtesy email on Saturday offering clean linens to be dropped off or anything that could be helpful to us. I would stay here again but before booking, I'd make sure it was dusted and had a properly working fireplace and heating.
