At first we stayed in a suite with kitchen inn the first floor. View was very beautiful but the room felt cramped with the sofa bed out and we did not have enough place for our luggage. Later on we moved to a deluxe suite upstairs, same great view and a lot of space, we felt very comfortable. Silvia was very nice, she always tried to help us in anyway she could. They let us stay for an extra fee until 3pm on checkout day. This was very convenient as we had gone skiing and wanted to take a shower before a long trip back home.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a view. There is one side of the hotel that has the best views. Rooms on the lowe...

this was by far the best hotel experience i have ever had as far as customer service goes. manager michael and front desk sylvia just could not seem to do enough for us. i felt like we were staying in someones home. we stayed two nights in the deluxe loft. the spa is beautiful - fantastic hot tub, steam room, sauna and bathrooms - the best part is that they provide robes so you dont have to walk to the spa in the usual "hand towels" other hotels provide. the private shuttle service was by far the best part. i will for sure be back for a second visit real soon.

We tried the inn because we bought a KGB deal for 2 nights. We usually stay I'm condos, so this was very different for us. We felt like this was our own home, we were so comfortable! The hi lights are the indoor spa area, including jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, showers, and comfy chairs. You also get robes, so you can go between your room and the spa in comfort! The kitchen was nice and new, and the king beds were super comfortable. But even with all the amenities, the best asset of this inn is Michael, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we will come back. And we will! The courtesy shuttle was great, you don't have to worry about parking. You just call for the shuttle, and it comes within 20 minutes! Again, I cannot stress enough how great we found this place to be!

I visited Mammoth Creek Inn for the first time but with a group of friends that are regulars at this place. Mark was an excellent tour guide and the amenities were just what the doctor ordered after a long days at the slopes. I can't wait to stay there again and again!

I've stayed here a few times and I've always had very good experiences. Mike the manager is awesome, he made sure we had everything we need and that our trip was memorable. The hotel is remodeled, close to everything, they have a shuttle to anywhere. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty, they'll probably get call of duty on xbox if you wanted it. Great place to stay, do it.

We recently stayed at the Mammoth Creek Inn for two nights and everything was outstanding. The place is very clean and very comfortable, and the staff simply can't be topped. From Ron, the nice young man who shuttled us to and from the airport (a free service provided the by Inn), to the congenial housekeeper who had our room spotless, to Michael, the high-energy and utlra-accommodating general manager, you will not find a better team in the business. Michael was constanly asking us if we needed a ride somewhere even though the town has free bus and trolley service. We gladly took advantage of the offer a couple of times. The Inn also has a nice spa. The bottom line is simple -- if you're going to visit Mammoth Lakes, the place to stay is the Mammoth Creek Inn.

I've been coming to Mammoth for 25 years. Have seasons pass so we come a lot. This is my first stay here The price/value makes this hotel our new go to.

Shuttle to the slopes takes away the headache of parking and hiking or riding on full buses.
New, I guess it also handles airport pickups as well.
The spa downstairs nice. No heavy chlorine smell from the jaccuzzi. This is a biggie for me, because I hate the smell of chlorine steam. There is also both steam bath and sauna. Robes in the room for going to the spa area which is very nice. Decent exercise room.
Rooms have ipod station, big screen tv, large clothing rack for ski gear. Bed is comfortable, linens clean. Decent WiFi (free)
There are two large areas for hanging: pool table upstairs and grand room with coffee and tea service.
Breakfast buffet is ok, better than most, good enough for protein before skiing.

They went out of their way to improve our trip. Knew us by name.

Location is within walking distance of many great restaurants as well as the supermarket and ski gear.

Apparently there is a new manager onsite who is the game on. I can tell you he saw my son and introduced him to other kids his age, and offered up a loaner sled with directions to a local secret sledding spot.

Room Tip: We were in 109, which had nice lighting and was extremely quiet.
