Mammoth Lakes is gorgeous in itself. The Village had lodge condo type rooms with kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom, and one bedroom. Stayed in the village building of the three lodges making up The Village, scene outside balcony was of one of the mountains. Stayed outside peak ski season, so we booked for cheap. Temperature in mid-November ranged from 25 at night to 50 during the day, it was very windy during our stay. We got out of there before >4ft of snow hit, which I'm sure was great for those skiing. Hotel rooms were beautiful, no complaints, no bed bugs. Fitness center was small, few aerobic machines, all-in-one home gym pulley setup machine, adjustable bench and very light dumbbells. No business center, but front desk will print and fax for you. Internet was free, much faster with provided ethernet cable than wireless.
