TerWe had a wonderful dinner! The service and ambiance were perfect. For antipasti, we had Mozzarella Napoleone served with roasted red peppers, a great combination and impressive way to start the meal. There was a terrific selection of ten or more pasta dishes on the menu. The Tre Scalini Bolognese with homemade pappardelle was served piping hot and was absolutely delicious. The seafood special (Pesce Fresco) was pan seared Sea Bass served over a bed of spinach. Again, the fish was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly--moist, flavorful and a generous portion. This is one of the best dinners, perhaps the best, we've had in the Lehigh Valley going back many a year.
