we took my dad here for his birthday . we were looking for someplace different, not a chain.
we had heard and read many good reviews and we were not disappointed. it is a lovely, cozy place although i could not get warm. however, the 5 courses were all great. each course was served at a pleasant pace and we were not rushed. i thought it was a nice touch that the desserts were brought out and presented by the culinary students. it is a set price menu for the 5 courses and is very resonable for what you get. we will be dining here again!

This is a place where you can get good service and special foods and just the right price. It is a good place to go to try new things without breaking the wallet. They always do a nice job.

Hampton Winds at Northampton Community College offers gourmet dining in five delectable courses. The BYOB option saves on cost and offers more freedom of personal choice. The service creates and matches the pleasant atmosphere. Reservations required for both lunch and dinner. Try it once and you will become a regular visitor.

This has to be one of the best and most consistent restaurants at which I have ever dined. It is operated as part of the culinary program at the Northampton Community College. My wife and I have dined there many times and have never had just an average meal or average service,,,everything has been above average to excellent. Take your friends for a different experience. On one occasion I had the best ever preparation of scallops. This past week I had a rack of lamb which was even better as a leftover. This is a BYOB restaurant--I recommend taking wine--with preparations done by students in the culinary program with certified chefs as advisors. The wait staff is professional. The menu changes every 3 months and pricing is in the $30 range prix fixe; a bargain while being a culinary delight. Don't miss this one. Go hungry--there are 5 courses--but don't overindulge. The ambiance is not a classroom but like many restaurants.

Been here a couple of times. Food is always good and waitstaff is here to please. It takes a long time to have your meal.....several courses and it takes awhile in between but its always excellent. If you want a nice relaxing dinner in a cosy little place this is for you!
