Cozy little restaurant in Downtown Bethlehem. Probably does really well during the week at lunch. Had the pizza and enjoyed it very much. We will have to go back to try the entrees. Staff was very friendly. A negative is the parking. If you are local and walking, no problem. Otherwise, you will need to get a metered spot on the street or park in the parking garages.

Location on bottom floor of the towering brick office building could be great or due to lack of visibility, a real negative. Nice outdoor space for seating but gotta have those umbrellas up for street visibility!
Late night white pizza with spinach was very good and came with a comp glass of red wine during the BYOB period preceding approval of the liquor license. I get the liquor license but whether that will ultimately invite or alienate traffic is an open question given all the other Italian choices in the area. The side salad is large enough for 2 and was delicious.
Tried the broccoli rabe with Italian sausage over penne. Not bad although not much in the way of hot cherry peppers. Another good side salad, but not included with the entree. No bread was included either...strange. Partner's chicken francaise was adequate with a side of pasta but no salad or bread included.
At around $17-18 would have liked to see bread and salad included to be competitive with other area establishments.
Service was outstanding on both visits...they need to clone this waitress--efficient, personable, non-intrusive!
I'd put this place on the rotation list at least during the BYOB period...nothing better than being able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine that's not 'tripled' by buying at the restaurant. Has real potential with the amount of outdoor seating available overlooking the busy downtown on Broad St. compared to many other places.

Went here on a Wednesday night with some friends - was not busy but there were some people in there. Atmosphere is pretty standard - open space with cooking apparatus /counter in full view. Waitress was nice and attentive. Diet Pepsi was flat but that's no big deal. Pizza came out pretty quick, and was very good. Thin crust, not overdone, and tasty/fresh toppings. The only pizza that didnt look great was the Margharita. I didnt really see much basil and the cheese kind of disappeared. It looks like they use shredded mozzarella on all of their pizzas - doesn't appear to be restaurant made. Some of their pizzas could benefit from locally made whole milk mozzarella, like the Margherita (and more fresh basil!). Also, we asked for one greek salad and they brought 3. This is a place I would visit again if in the area and I had a hankering for some good brick oven pizza.

Really fantastic place. Not very big so reservations are a must. Good place to share since sizes are big but not over the top. We had fried zucchini which was awesome, Caesar salad (only knock-a little light on the dressing), a broccoli-rabbe & pepper pizza & tiramisu. Really excellent. Byo right now but alcohol is coming. All that for $37! Highly recommend & we'll be back!

-I ordered the Chicken Sorrentino and it was delicious. Mixed veggies were also very good. The pizzas looked and smelled good.
- price was reasonable.
-friendly staff

-service was a little slow, but it looked like they were training employees.
-it said you get bread with your entree, I never got any.
- salad plate was hot and felt like it just came from the dishwasher. I thought salad plates were supposed to be cool. Not a big deal to me though.

Overall- I'd definitely go back. I'd probably try a pizza or calzone next time. But like I said, my entree was delicious and exceeded my expectations.
