Just stopping in for drinks when Bethlehem's Musikfest was over was a great opportunity to see and explore the Corked WIne Bar menu. Sitting inside looking out at Main St. gives you the sense that you're in New York. Very classy decor with drink and menu choices to match. The prices seem a bit high but not having tried the food I can't give an honest opinion on the food quality vs. price.

Loved this restaurant when it first opened, but quality of the food has gotten worse and worse. Have been there about 10 times but I think tonight was my last. Steak has gone from steakhouse quality to something you'd get a ponderosa for 4 times the price. Truffle fries now like something from a diner. Lobster tail was rubbery and lacked flavor. It's a shame because started out as my favorite when it first opened.

To be fair, we recently ate lunch here during Musikfest so it was a little crazy and the "special" Musikfest menu was a bit limited. Our salads were fresh but nothing special, especially given the price. Our server at our outdoor table was very pleasant and responsive. This was not a bad experience. I was just hoping for a little more bang for the buck! I would give it another shot just based on the location, atmosphere and service.

Very pretty restaurant in the old town of Bethlehem on a lovely downtown street. However in my opinion, the food is not up to par but the prices are. Would not recommend this one.

Overall very good restaurant. Maybe trying a bit too hard to be chic. Pricey but high quality food and wine choices. Some atypical food combinations may not be everyone's cup of tea but I liked it. Scottish salmon was really good. Room was a bit noisy but fun atmosphere.
