Of course the food is the most important--and it is excellent. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and served over very tasty pureed potatoes. The wine list was great, and the house wines by the glass were very good, and not expensive. Presentation was elegant; service was attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant decor is simple, but with an underlying richness. I would take a trip to Bethlehem just to go back to this restaurant.
