“Micro Brew with Food”

Food here was slightly above what I would expect from a restaurant bar combo. I had My wife had the Cob Salad and said it was fantastical I had a fish with fries and the fries came with skin on. The prices were on the lower than average side and the location and ambiance were good.

“Take a detour...”

worth driving out of your way to come here. VERY varied menu. GOOD selection of vegetarian foods, excellent pub favorites and excellent selection of beers... many paired with menu items. Well worth a visit, but beware the super-hot perogies... they are.

“Great Choice in Historic Bethlehem”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 8, 2014 via mobile

Stopped here for lunch with family on a beautiful June afternoon. My pig iron pulled pork was very good and other meals at my table included slag pot meat loaf, a veggie wrap and a chicken cheese steak, which were all given thumbs up. I tried the apricot coriander beer. I am not a beer expert by any means but I liked the fruity taste. On our way out, we stopped at the Franklin Hills Winery Store, which is adjacent to the restaurant, and tasted some wine. I ended up buying two bottles of wine.

“Good Food, beer and good times”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2014 via mobile

Located at the corner of Broad and Main Streets in the heart of Bethlehem. I enjoy coming to the Brew Works whenever I am in town. Casual atmosphere. Sometimes they have a blues brunch on Sunday, the music is always good. The brew works has vegetarian options and sustainable seafood options as well as hormone free meats and grass fed beef. So many beers available that you can never become bored. You can choose a flight of beers to test a few out. I normally get one of the chicken wraps and change up the flavor of the wrap and always get the hand cut fries, which are fantastic. Wings and nachos are good. If you are going as a couple the small nacho will be enough for you - or maybe too much. nice sized portion. The menu is large and has a smattering of local cuisine. Slagpot meatloaf, pretzels and cheese. For desert you can have some chocolate ice cream infused with oatmeal stout. Very good. Some tips for you: It can get crowded on a weekend. If you have a smartphone you can use an app called nowait to "get in line" and walk around a little while waiting. If you go on a Sunday, you won't have to worry about feeding a parking meter.
