We brought our son and family here to celebrate his 21st birthday. Didn't think we'd need call ahead seating for a Sunday night but glad we did because it was packed. We really enjoyed the beer selection and had the nachos and wings for appetizers. Wings were super hot but delicious! Nachos piled high, excellent! Plenty for our party of five. For dinner our group had salads, steak sandwich, burger, pulled pork, salmon. The salmon was prepared with toasted sesame seeds and served with garlic mashed potatoes, really enoyed it! Pulled pork very good! Salad was standard fare. Steak sandwich was disappointing, small amount of steak, it was dry and the bread not fresh. Noise level was high but it was pretty crowded. It was a good place for a casual dinner and drinks. Thought the waitress would have done something special given it was actually my son's birthday. She checked his ID and didn't really make a fuss over celebrating his 21st birthday there. Most places offer a complimentary dessert or something.

This place is located in Downtown Bethlehem, around the corner from my hotel. As we are from SF, we had to watch the Giants on a big screen tv while we ate. This place has several screens and we were able to enjoy the game while we ate and drank. Coworkers really enjoyed the brew. The food was your standard grill choices and was fine.

We stopped in for a beer after arriving in Bethlehem in the late afternoon and based on that experience decided to return for dinner. First off the staff are great. The bartender on duty apprised us of the upcoming happy hour pricing on beer so we were able to take advantage of that to have a couple of pints of really fine stout, which I'd rate on par with those available in Dublin from Guinness and Porterhouse. It was early in the week so returning later for dinner we were seated quickly. Food was excellent across the menu, ranging from BBQ chicken wrap, Salad, and Pork Schitzle, and our waiter Dominic was great. Cost for dinner for three was $64 + tip. Would definitely recommend for both a beverages only stop or for dinner.

We had no problem getting a table on a Friday evening. They do not take reservations, but do have 30 minute call-ahead seating. We didn't have to wait once we got there. The food was well above average, the service was very good, and the noise level was pretty high. For a casual dinner, this was a good choice. On a more pleasant evening we would have strolled around the center of town. Definitely worth a look.

We ate here with our two kids who are 10 and 13. They were working on the vats when we arrived and the smell was overwhelming. The kids were not pleased, but the smell did dissipate after a few minutes. The food wasn't earth shattering but it was good. The pretzels were great and I enjoyed the Cheese soup. Kids meals were cheap and the service was good. The beer was very good.
