Fratzola's is a an unassuming place at the end of a strip mall. Not where you would expect to find good Italian food. These folks make pizza like they do in the Coal Regions of PA. Specificly like the pizza from Old Forge, PA considered the pizza capital. First of all the pizza comes in "trays". That 12 cuts of rectangular shaped pizza. The cheese is a special combination and that plus the dough is the secret. We used to drive to Old Forge to get pizza, more than an hours ride up the turnpike. Now it only takes 15 minutes to satisfy the craving. This is the only pizza I will eat. Everything else is I can take it or leave it. I even eat it cold. Give yourself a treat and try it. You won't be disappointed. The restaurant is byob, and has a very nice menu. The veal dishes are really good as are the sandwiches. Nice people, nice atmosphere, nice prices. What's not to like.
