My initial reaction to the menu on my first visit was that it was limited but to truly enjoy Molinari's one must consider and combine all the courses not just the entrees. Share several antipastis but don't miss the mussels with Italian sausage, a complex twist to a seemingly simple dish...and you must share one of their superb thin crust pizzas (always give first consideration to the special of the night). The wine list is not powerhouse but of notable quality at a reasonable price. The iPad toting servers have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Molinari's is only one year old but it's already among our favorites (don't be put off by my 4 star rating, 5 stars is reserved for those very rare places; maybe in another year).

We were visiting Bethlehem on a whim and came across this restaurant. The atmosphere has a very cozy yet modern feel. Staff is attentive and friendly. Very pleased with the food. It was flavorful yet not overpowering. The bread they give you is topped with a bit of olive oil and is excellent.

The only thing I could really fault is that I thought it was a little bit expensive for the area, but overall a very positive experience.

You won't go wrong here. The food is excellent. Clearly, a lot of thought & care went into the menu and ingredients. Service was very good as well. Went on a rainy Monday night and the place was still busy, but we were able to get a table immediately.

In town for the weekend and wanted to try this place based on earlier reviews on TripAdvisor.

Start to finish, dinner was terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable waitress, good drinks, great service. For appetizers we all had half order of pastas (Fettuccini con Funghi, Bucatini alla Matriciana) both freshly made on premises. Dinner entrees included the pork chop, the sea bass, and a special which escapes memory ( I had the pork chop). We'll definitely be back!
