This restaurant is easy to find and they have their own offstreet parking which is a plus for Bethlehem, PA. They are only open for dinner. The menu has items on it that you will not find anywhere else in town. It is very eclectic with many original dishes conceived by the chef. The bartender is also trying to add to the eclectic feel by putting some twists to very popular drinks but IMHO that did not work out too well. The service is very good, the food prices are somewhat expensive but the portions are large. The dishes that we ordered were very tasty and the presentation is way above average. The place has a modern decor and I think they are trying to be a hip new place to go in town but they sort of miss the mark. The bar seating is crowded and the layout for the dining tables is a little strange for a restaurant. I think it detracts from the atmosphere. I would definitely go back to the Mint for the food experience. If you are a foody the Mint is definitely worth a trip.
