We go to the Sunday Brunch in the Hotel Bethlehem at least once a month. We love the ambience; live music, the historic hotel, but the food is wonderful! The jumbo shrimp, lox, prime rib is unequal! Desserts are bite sized so you can sample everything and not feel too guilty. Dishes are filled frequently and the offerings are changed every week. The wait staff and restaurant managers go out of their way to please. It's the best Sunday Brunch and the experience is delightful!

We go to the Hotel Bethlehem for Sunday Brunch on average of once a month and we travel 55 miles to get there. This brunch is absolutely the best! The offerings are different each time with the exception of a few regulars; who else offers jumbo shrimp at a brunch?? The prime rib is exquisite, the desserts are small bites so you can taste it all and not feel too guilty! Great variety. The wait staff goes out of their way to please. Live music, beautifully decorated historic facility. Well worth the trip!

Food is just ordinary. Very nice inside with big windows to look out and people watch but the food NO It is ordinary and the waitestaff is okay only. They have a Sunday buffet and they have trouble keeping up and plates and trays are empty. When we were there the chocolate fountain was not working. NO

The Tap Room is a great choice for casual dining: Think delicately fried fish & chips and a good burger. Full dinners are available, but the pub food is best. If you're there in winter, try to avoid the tables closest to the lobby: When the main doors open (as they often do), you freeze!
