While sending the night at the Sands with friends, we decided to try the pub. It was busy for a Wednesday night. So there was a wait of about 45 minutes. No problem. My friend and I sat at the bar. Our wives sat at a bar table. The fellas drank scotch and beers, watched ESPN on the tv and had a great time. The bartender was great--very friendly. And so was the assistant manager. They helped make the time pass.
We sat down and were all ready to eat. A big plate of onion rings for the table was a great start. We all opted for burgers. I had the pub burger, which comes topped with chili and cheese. I never thought it would be possible to have that on a burger without it spilling all over after the first bite. But it stayed nice and neat, and delicious.
So if you're looking for a relaxing place to have good food and drinks, check it out.
