I enjoyed most parts of the courses - I did 4 of the 5 adult. It was pretty core intensive and most adults can do 3 courses. There is a separate child couse. Suggestions for a better time: long pants, leather work gloves; clips and tie-ons for glasses, hat and water; carry snack to avoid carb crash nausea.

My son and I did the Junior course and loved it. We were drenched in sweat afterwards (and in the water we'd dumped on ourselves to try to cool off during the course) and pleased with ourselves.
Lots of the obstacles are various types of bridges--rope bridge, bridge where the slats of wood are far apart, bridge of slats of wood swinging on ropes... but there was one very cool one on the third course where you swing on a rope into a huge rope net and climb up & over to a platform. That one was hard but fun, and by the time we got to it we were ready for something a little different from the various bridges.
The way it works is you climb a ladder at the beginning of each course and then move along the various obstacles up in the trees. Every course includes at least one zip line, and at the end you climb a very tall ladder to get to the final big zip line.
A couple critiques comparing this place to zip courses we've been on: all-inclusive pricing would be nice instead of tacking on extra for water in Florida at midday in July. Paying extra for gloves is also irritating. Guides could be more attentive, especially on the first couple of courses. There was a 70-year old on the course at the same time as us and I really don't think they realized he was having problems until he gave up. Seemed to me they could've been bringing him extra water long before then, and on the longer courses I wished they had a way to stash water in the middle of the course. (Not sure how they'd do that--platforms are pretty small). There is no photographer, so take a camera and find someone friendly if you want a picture of yourself and your group.
This is not an all-day activity, but unless your plans for "after" include some sort of watering hole, you might find yourself changing them. Everyone I saw seemed as worn out as we were after the course. We were tired and happy (ok, I'll go that low--we were "tree-umphant" groan)

This is definitely a lot of fun but also a full body workout! Don't be surprised if you leave drenched in sweat! I was able to complete 4 of the 5 courses, 5 is the hardest. My boyfriend was able to complete it but it took him about another hour. Every course is different and a little bit harder each time. If you aren't afraid of heights you will have a blast!
