Unassuming gem in Cortez! Homemade pasta with amazing sauce! We had caprese appetizer ($12.95), the lasagna ($18.95) and tagliatelle bolognese ($17.95). All superb. Served with a nice crusty bread and olive oil. For dessert, we shared profiteroles ($7.45) - delicious cream puffs filled with cream and enrobed in dark chocolate and had coffee americano (2.95). If you appreciate well-made food that expertly prepared, this is your place. This is not Carrabba’s or Olive Garden - and worth every penny! Owner stopped by every table. Make a reservation as they fill up. They also host wine dinners and cooking classes.
