A friend of mine claimed this was the best taco dive in dayton. Always been a fan of taquiera mixteca, and didn't think anything could compare. Similar menues, however the products couldn't be more different. Everything I've eaten there was wonderful, I recomend the chicken tacos, loco of course, and they're guacomole is very different than what I was used to but now is all I crave. As much as it pains me to say, it's better than mixteca. Give it a try

If you don't look for it, you will pass it because it is hidden in the corner near Kroger's. This place is small but makes authentic Mexican food with a family atmosphere. One of the only places in the local area where you get lingua tacos with chunks of meat and a down to earth chile burritos and authentic Mexican drinks. These people make you feel relaxed at home and each entree is made to order, so you may wait a few for your order, but it's worth it. The only downfall I know of is that it is a small place, so if busy, you will have to wait a few minutes to get a seat.

This where the homies hang out. Telemundo on the TV in the corner.
The food is grear, authentic mexican. The guacamole is made fresh to order. I have even called and ordered guacamole to take out to parties.
One of my favorites is the taco lingua. It is delicious. The owners/staff and very friendly.
Good stuff!

Very small, authentic taco shop located off the beaten path. I regularly grab tacos from here for a Mexican fix. Good spices on the meat(s) and always fresh cilantro and onions. Great place for lunch or carry out. Limited seating but kids are welcome. Only downside was the store bought tortilla chips served from bag to bowl. Recommend calling ahead if you're going to get carryout to limit your wait. Good value on prices.
