We stopped here on our drive to Craters of the Moon park nearby. What a fun, local find! We did try the fried pickles which were served with a dill-ranch sauce. Tasty! We then ordered an atomic burger and a crater burger with hand cut home fries. Our waittress told us to get them for $1 more since they were local potatoes and not frozen from a bag. The fries were cut too thin and cooked too long--disappointing, especially since there were so many of them. The burger was ok--the bun fell apart but our dog appreciated the leftovers. Our waittress reminded us of "Flo" from "Diner"--a little overwhelmed and with appropriate diner attitude since almost every table was full and it was 3pm--long past her lunch rush. We each got a milkshake to go which was great for the rest of our ride on a warm, spring day.
