I ate there today at the suggestion of the owner of Ash Canyon Bed and Breakfast. They make the loveliest thin crust pizza that arrived hot at the table, properly browned on the bottom with the toppings cooked but not overdone on top.
I haven't had a pizza that good in years. Just sauce, basil and mozzarella on top. Good ingredients but it was the preparation that made this a standout.
