This place has great BBQ and an excellent selection of beers on tap. Its obviously well managed as the wait staff is outstanding. There is hardly ever a wait for anything you need. However, you may have to wait for a table if you are there for the bloody mary bar on Sundays. Unless you get there near the opening, there tends to be a wait from 12 until about 130. It may be worth it but i always try to get there earlier. Try the Texas Trio on Sundays. Its a combination thats great and offered on Sundays. Its also big enough to share.

Good hometown style restaurant. Super casual and frequented by many of the locals. Has a separate bar area but no smoking. Well known for their pulled pork BBQ, large amount of homemade BBQ sauce selections, great ribs. They have delicious cornbread muffins too. Check their website for nightly specials. Good for eat-in or takeout. Friendly staff.

Relax and have a meal at County Grill in Yorktown. I've had bbq all through the south from as far south as deep Texas to the northern reaches of Virginia. Though I prefer Texas beef and Memphis ribs, County Grill caters to both tastes by offering a solid base of smoked meat which can be sauced with any one of several choices at the table. The meat is good, but not outstanding. The ambiance is all rustic, ranch like making it very typical for a bbq joint. What I have to give them credit for is their corn muffins. Holy cow, if you're not careful you can fill yourself up on those sweet things way before you get your food! So if you've got a hankerin' for bbq while in Yorktown, County Grill will fit the bill, but don't set your expectations too high because their bbq is average in taste and selection unlike their corn muffins which are totally awesome.

I got a combination plate that had brisket, ribs and chicken. My mouth is still watering! I do not know if I will be back in the area again, but if so this place is on my list to hit up again!
