Allison's is located just north of the Pacific View Mall. Parking is abysmal - more so on the weekends. They have a small parking lot in the back which they share with others. Be warned though. The much bigger parking lots on either side actively tow customers cars if they eat at Allison's even though they remain close to empty most of the time!
The food is good but the service can be spotty. Some days you get seated and served quick. At other times you have to wait for waitresses and service staff finish talking about last night's dates and so on before getting served.
Prices are a little more than what you would pay at other similar restaurants. Decor is your typical Impression of a country cafe but done on the cheap side. They only serve breakfast and lunch and close promptly at 2pm. Restaurant does take credit cards.
To be honest I have had better breakfasts at Pete's and the Vagabond.
