Never going back. Only place in city with no happy hour. Poor service in the bar; at 5pm we went to eat dinner, bartender Jill took drink orders but we had to interrupt her talking w girlfriend to take our order. Poor table service; bread plates came after the bread was eaten. Clam chowder was my entree but it was served w the appetizer, not w dinner of my guests. Bowl was cup-size, $7.95! It was actually corn chowder w carrots. My guests ordered steak sandwich and cheeseburger, both w fries. These were served one w salad & one w fries, no Ketchup. First Lemon Drop drink was good - second was vodka toxic; my guest had to squeeze a lemon slice to make it drinkable. We were not sure if bartender made it, or her girlfriend who ended up behind the bar; both were drinking beer there. Hassle to get water refill. Decor had mass of electrical wires spotlighted center over bar and around overhead ledges, along w construction shelving stuff. Open to the bar were exterior & kitchen & restroom hall doors. No class. Dining room lit like a hospital cafeteria. New awning blocks daylight and stars. This new ownership should not use the Spinnaker's name.
