“Sleeping Giant”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

This restaurant has been open for about 6 months and we went there on a whim. They say the restaurant is Asian & Mexican cuisine but the have many American items as well. We were very surprised by the ambiance, decor is very upscale and lovely. The waiter, Eric was great, attentive but not bothersome. I had two appetizers (as I often do). The first was the lobster tacos, WOW, they are the best ever. The second was the calamari and it was also very good. My wife had the salmon salad which she said was great. We were so impressed and pleased that we will go back and take my picky in-laws.

“Went for lunch... not overly impressed”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

Went for leisurely lunch, thank goodness because it was 90 minutes! The restaurant was half full so we thought it would be prompt service. Drinks came quickly and then waited 15 minutes for appetizers. Pork fries (pork belly) was overcooked and waiter apologized and said he would bring another. Never happened. Empenadas were delicious. About 30 minutes later our entrees arrived. My tuna sandwich, although immensely flavorful, had the hardest bread making it difficult to bite into. The SuZu burger however was out of this world delicious. The bun is one of a kind and must be popular. $53 for lunch with two appetizers, two entrees and two glasses of iced tea. Interesting experience but probably won't be going back.
