This impressive facility will keep you busy for hours (regardless of your political leanings), and does not attempt to gloss over any of the more embarrassing moments of his Presidency any more than glorifying his many accomplishments. It is a very thorough and accurate representation of his time in office, and provides many surprises in a very professional manner. The food service is exemplary as well. Do not miss this experience!

I have been 4 times, brought my grandson when the Chihuly exhibit was there and he really enjoyed that. Brought granddaughter when dinosaur exhibit was going on. Brought my parents(seniors), they are not Clinton people but really enjoyed the museum and ate lunch there, it was good and reasonable.

Want to sit in the Presidents chair? You can do it here. There is so much to see: a replica of the oval office, the presidential papers from the time he was in office, clothes Bill and Hillary wore, gifts they received from all over the world and from celebrities. It sits in a beautiful park at the end of the River Market district, where there are lots of shops and different restaurants to visit and eat at. It is free on the 4th of July and on Bill's birthday. I highly recommend it.

I was in LIttle Rock on business and had a few hours waiting for my departing flight, so I walked down to the Clinton Library and spent 3 hours there. I'm glad I did.

There are a number of displays with artifacts, documents, and videos cataloging the Clinton presidency. Some earlier reviewers said there weren't many official gifts displayed, and I can only wonder if they forgot to go to the 3rd floor. There one finds a whole range of gifts, from state-labeled platters to gilded ceremonial swords, to a Dale Chihuly glass Christmas tree, to a Chicago White Sox uniform (?); the displays went on and on.

Further, to the complaint that the museum glosses over the whole Lewinsky/impeachment chapter, I would note that the room-length timeline of the Clinton presidency shows the date of the impeachment, the date of the acquittal, and the apology from a chastened president.

Is there a sympathetic spin in evidence? Yes, but I didn't find it off-putting. The museum exhibits don't spend a lot of time on the President's personal failings, but there is no denying that the 90s were a time of job growth and balanced budgets in the US.

I've only seen a few other presidential libraries, those of JFK and William McKinley. The latter pre-dated the presidential library tradition and is really a kind of natural history and local manufacturing museum (set in northeast Ohio), with a little McKinley history thrown into the mix. But the Clinton museum compares reasonably well with the JFK museum.

The museum also has extra gallery space for traveling exhibits, and there was a fairly extensive exhibit on the Beatles' trips to the US. What that has to do with Clinton's presidency is a fair question, but I enjoyed the nostalgia of a fairly substantial Beatles exhibit.

I had lunch outdoors at the "42" restaurant on a perfect weather day, and I can certainly recommend that. The food was well prepared, reasonably priced, and served professionally.

Finally, the staff members were courteous and helpful. Since I had walked, I need a taxi to the airport and a woman at the front desk made the necessary arrangements cheerfully. I recommend the experience.

This was the 4th Presidential Library/Museum we visited this year and the first of a living ex-president. I highly recommend taking the tour led by a volunteer docent. Very informative. The Oval Office replica is the best of any presidential museum I've visited.
