We had the pleasure of staying there for two days. The breakfast was very good as usual with Comfort Suites and the front desk was extremely helpful. I would like to mention Linda, who was especially helpful. She made our stay very pleasant and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

B.W. Spain

Room Tip: Wonderful hotel with clean rooms and a hearty breakfast. The service was excellent at the front desk. I would like to say, "Thank You to Linda who worked the morning shift at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

We started staying at this property over a year and a half ago because we had babies in the Arkansas Children's Hospital. Our room has always been immaculate, the staff bends over backwards to facilitate our needs and the location is handy to both the hospital and great downtown dining and shopping, When we have to go to centreal Arkansas for the hospital, for business or pleasure, this is the only place we will utilize

Room Tip: "Corner suites are large and sunny"

I have stayed here multiple times and always find it to be a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are always clean and nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and efficient. And the breakfast is well above average for a hotel. I shall return.

Room Tip: no problem with any rooms

The hotel is right next to the expressway. Stayed for the Little Rock Marathon. Hotel shuttle to the starting area but the expo, start and finish lines were only 0.5 miles. The race course passes within 2 blocks of the hotel( in case you over dress). The hotel will only do 15 late check outs. Wish I would have known. Arrived 2 hours before check in and rooms not ready.Checked in 4 hours later. No late check outs available. If all you require is a nice clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price this is the place.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during the LR Marathon.
Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! I apologize for the limited number of late check-outs for the morning of the Marathon. This isn't something that we typically do, however we had a large group checking-in that morning and had to turn the room around as quick as possible.

We hope to see you next year!

Stayed here for a soccer tourney. Nice size room, we had 2 queens with a sleeper sofa--had to put several extra comforters and blankets to give it some padding. Breakfast had hot foods-waffles, biscuits and gravy, the usual fake eggs, etc. Lots of seating and tables; which is nice when there are lots of teams and everyone seemed to eat at the same time. Very very small bar-i think there were 5 stools--long line to wait for a drink with only the 1 bar tender. Be nice if they made their bar area larger and maybe more people would just stay there. We went down town to the River Market and ate at Gusano's Pizzeria. River Market area is really nice-plenty of parking or u can ride the trolley around.

Only con is that out of two elevators, one was out-of-service most of the weekend, so exceptionally long waiting periods. Normally the stairs would be fine but if your on one of the top floors, then that's a work out. But the biggest problem is you can't take the stairs down to the lobby.

Room Tip: May want a lower level in case the elevator is OTS, and you have to take the stairs.

Thank you for your review.

Im sorry that one of our elevators was down during your stay, with a full house that can make wait times pretty long. The elevator has been repair and have had no further issues.

Thank you for the suggestion of adding bar seats. We are looking into that now and should be an easy change to make.

Im glad to see your overall stay was positive and hope to see you in he near future!
