One of the best in Little Rock. The resident chef worked for Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans and Las Vegas...and the quality and creativity show. The food is always very flavorful...a few of my favorites are the Mississippi fried catfish, braised rabbit dumplings (amazing), Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast, and the shrimp and grits...all are excellent. As an appetizer, I highly recommend the fried green tomato with crabmeat and remoulade. Little Rock needs more restaurants like Maddie's.
