Our group ordered four entrees. Mine to share was the pappardelle alla trapanese. Great house-made pasta with pesto. I also ordered the tomato bisque and partner ordered asparagus soup. Pasta was great. I try to always order house-made pasta when available. My soup was very good but not as good as same soup at Noodles and Company. Partner’s soup was great. Other entrees were the manicotti and lasagna. Diners reported them to be very good.
These diners shared the molten chocolate cake. I had lemon sorbet with limoncello side that was poured over the sorbet. Gelato would be better with the alcohol as the alcohol simply drowned out the sorbet flavor. Partner ordered tiramisu and it was good, but not great. See my other Italian restaurant reviews re tiramisu. (Far and away the better tiramisu is found at Olive Garden and one or two other non-chain joints!)
Service here this night was excellent.
Odd to find this gem inside a Best Western but go here nevertheless
