“Location, staff, food- all awesome!”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

The staff at This Marriott are terrific, from the bell desk to the waitstaff in the restaurants, the service was A++! No Peabody ducks was a bit disappointing, but the atmosphere of the hotel made up for it. The restaurant was understaffed for our large conference group, but the staff on hand got it done with smiles and sweat! Truly the friendliest front desk and valet service ever!
Great location for nearby restaurants and shopping. I would love to return to the Little Rock Marriott!

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the River are quieter and restful. Rooms near the atrium are a bit loud on the...

I was driving from Texas to Virginia and stopped here overnight. The hotel was so clean I could eat off the floor if I wanted to. Additionally, the beds were SO comfortable that I called the hotel after I left to see which Marriott bedding they used so I could put it on my wedding registry.

Stayed at the Little Rock Marroitt for a four day conference and found the location to be very convenient for walking downtown after meetings. There are shops and restaurants very close, along with quite a bit of historical and government buildings for sightseeing.
The conference facilities were good, with an outstanding quality of food. To continue to offer such high quality variety aver a four day period was quite impressive. Lots of great healthy, delicious options that I haven't ever seen offered at any conference I've attended, no matter the location. The one issue we had with the conference rooms is following a heat wave there was some problem with the A/C that caused all rooms to be uncomfortably cold. I personally did not mind this in my sleeping room, but it was challenging in the conference rooms.
The sleeping rooms were very good. Roomy, with large, well appointed bathrooms. I believe there is construction going on to update the hotel, so some of the rooms were different from others in that regard. Many of the rooms have a beautiful view of the river, as mine did.

I stayed at e Peabody several times and thought it was great. When it became a Marriot, i was disappointed that the ducks were gone.

Still the rooms were great, the food great and they renovated the gym, it's huge with some great equipment! That was a big deal! With strong wifi there you can use netflix or hulu for entertainment thru hours of cardio.

I dont think it has a pool.

The Marriott in Little Rock was a beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the river and skyline of Little Rock. it was most convenient to the convention area where our meeting was held. The only drawback was access to additional restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was excellent but a bit pricey. Our stay was for an entire weekend so we were limited to the hotel for meals. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and the beds were awesome! Highly recommended.

This place is great. Will definately stay here again when available. Great conference facilities, comfortable rooms, a bit pricey for food but hey what do you expect. Very good location in proximity to everything going on in the Little Rock River market/ Clinton Presidential Center areas.

I knew this Peabody was being renovated by Marriott and was anxious to give it a try. As a lifetime Platinum member, the only reason I rated it average was due to the overly accomodating and friendly staff. Otherwise, I'd rate it poor. I thought the hotel was closed down for a period (or at least with limited availability) for renovations? The decor of the room was renovated but the carpeting looked like something you'd find in a Motel 6. I didn't want to walk on it without my shoes if that tells you something. Was also surprised there was no Pool?? Last but not least, only bar has about eight stools and doesn't serve the food offered in the restaurant (Pancetta). As a single traveler, I did not want to sit in the restaurant (with no bar) by myself so was told I could order food from the restaurant from the bar (probably) but there wasn't an available seat. How could they design the restaurant with no bar when the lobby bar can only accomodate eight people? Sadly that is probably why the hotel was packed buy the restaurant was empty. And the food at Pancetta was very good. What was Marriott thinking with this one?

Room Tip: If what I got was representative of what they would give a Platinum elite member you are outta luck.
