Stayed at the Little Rock Marroitt for a four day conference and found the location to be very convenient for walking downtown after meetings. There are shops and restaurants very close, along with quite a bit of historical and government buildings for sightseeing.
The conference facilities were good, with an outstanding quality of food. To continue to offer such high quality variety aver a four day period was quite impressive. Lots of great healthy, delicious options that I haven't ever seen offered at any conference I've attended, no matter the location. The one issue we had with the conference rooms is following a heat wave there was some problem with the A/C that caused all rooms to be uncomfortably cold. I personally did not mind this in my sleeping room, but it was challenging in the conference rooms.
The sleeping rooms were very good. Roomy, with large, well appointed bathrooms. I believe there is construction going on to update the hotel, so some of the rooms were different from others in that regard. Many of the rooms have a beautiful view of the river, as mine did.More
