Fantastic Experience. The performances were great--professional and superb performers. Orchestra was best ever. You'd be hard pressed to find anywhere that they do it better. This was our third time at the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival and we will be back again and again.

Rooms were nice, high quality and very clean. Beds were the best I've ever slept on with nice soft pillows. Breakfast was real good much better than other motels. The only complaint was that the room was hot when I arrived and took awhile to cool down. Good places to eat close to motel, quiet part of town in evening.

Dear Walt F,

Thank you for taking the time to write us such a wonderful review! We are so glad that you enjoyed our newly remodeled rooms and our full hot breakfast. I apologize for the hot room, we will be more cautious of having the air conditioners on in the future. We hope to see you again with your travels back through Cedar City!

the property is a 15 minute walk to the Shakespeare Festival, so the location is great and right in the middle of the quaint but small downtown---front desk was able to handle all questions and the housekeeping was excellent---wi-fi worked well---the best part of the breakfast was being able to sit outside as the offerings are typical---would stay here again

Cedar City was a stopover for us in driving home from Yellowstone/Jackson. What a nice surprise. The downtown area had some cute stores and a bit of "old town feel". We enjoyed walking around this area and the hotel was part of this area. In driving thru the city, it did appear that we had picked the best lodging in town. Our service was very nice, starting with the phone call to book a room. the gentleman checking us in was very pleasant. Our room was large and clean. I had good access to wireless. The bathroom was small, but clean and comfortable. A wide range of television channels on large LED tvs. Breakfast bar okay, but nice fresh waffles and hot tea and hot coffee at all times. There were a limited number of restaurants in this area to eat dinner or lunch, although the one we chose was just okay ... BBQ, pizza, Harvest Grain sandwiches (lunch only), steak restaurant, ..... I would definitely stay here as a stopover again.

Room Tip: Only one room was available for us because there had been a big bike race in the town, but the newer...

Since the recent remodeling this is now an excellent accomodation within walking distance of both the Shakespeare and Simon Festivals. The staff is friendly and accomodating, the breakfast very good and the beds wonderfull.

Best Western was Bad Western. Although the hotel staff were friendly and professional, the problem we had was not fixed promptly by maintenance staff, and the breakfast buffet was the worst one we've ever encountered at any hotel chain! We had a great time in Cedar City, UT seeing quite a few excellent plays and shows, but the Best Western was a horror show! No pressure in the shower for almost an hour, terrible breakfast presentation, and lackadaisical maintenance staff added up to a barely presentable hotel stay. At least the room was clean! Much better accommodations in Cedar City, stay clear of this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. Hotel was close enough to both and had an attractive price considering what you get. Rooms were large, clean and quiet; great wireless reception.
The hotel has 2 pools, a nice indoor hot tub, laundry, fitness center. The breakfast is fantastic, much better than other hotels on our trip.
Unfortunately there aren't many great restaurants in Cedar City (unless you like chains), but it seems that is par for the course in southern Utah.
Would stay here again on a return trip.
