This place is great. Free wifi, excellent breakfast sandwiches, decent coffee, and lots of cozy chairs. The serve is very good, and the atmosphere is pleasant and chill.

“Great sandwiches and coffee with bookstore next door”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2011

My husband and I always have the Sweet and Spicy turkey sandwich. It is so good that we have never tried anything else. It has spicy raspberry sauce and havarti cheese with the turkey, tomato, spring mix, almonds and some kind of tasty spread, and it comes with potato salad which is really tasty too. You can use the wifi and The Grind is connected to a used bookstore with a great selection where you can buy a book and read it on one of the couches in The Grind. They serve a breakfast sandwich all day that I have heard is delicious! The prices are very affordable. Great Cedar City offering!

“An Oasis of Cool in a Land of Fried”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2011

Traveling through Utah, finding good coffee outside of Park City can be a challenge. We were pleased to find the Grind House for breakfast. Very good lattes, at prices 20% less than in Colorado or California. The bagel breakfast sandwiches were excellent, and there was even a set of display bagels in the case, presumably for the locals. It looked like a great spot for evening concerts, kind of like an almost hip NYC spot except twice as clean and four times as large.

“Good coffee shop with extras”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2010

The Grind fulfills its purpose as a coffee shop nicely with a variety of coffees from Cafe Ibis and a selection of pastries. However they also have a collection of modern art on the walls and host concerts by rock bands in the evenings from time to time.

Excellent place to sit and have breakfast while using the free WiFi.
