This hotel is absolutely awesome. Grant it, its only been open about two years but the property decor is fantastic compared to most hotels in this class. They have a full breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Cereal, breads, fruit and plenty of juices and milk.

We had the King Suite with the king bed with a whirlpool bath tub ( Jazcuzzi ) with a flat screen TV and the decor in the room was good too again for a hotel in this class.

We only paid $84.15 plus tax with our AAA membership. Location is in a quiet section of Cedar City and I definetly will be staying at this hotel again when in the area and will recommend also.

Hotel is literally off Interstate 15 and all your fast food and casual dining is in the area along with a Jiffy Lube should you need an oil change and other basic car maintenace done. Walmart which has everything acourse is right across the freeway.

Did I say the breakfast was to die for ? If you have a family you will literally save $$$ comparable to eating at say a Denny's and getting breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and orange juice.

Great place !

I'm not adding photos because the hotel's provided photos are exact replica of their property and rooms.

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Cedar City over Thanksgiving and had an outstanding time. We had just been in Las Vegas prior, and our rooms here in Cedar City were so much better kept and had everything we needed!

They did an excellent job accommodating my grandmother in a Handicap-Accessible room, which greatly eased our stay.

The pool and spa were clean and well kept. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the pool area, but a quick trip to the front desk fixed my concern immediately!

The front-desk staff, Sable, was friendly and courteous, and we got an excellent rate for our stay.

The property looks grand, and the lobby is reminiscent of a castle.

Thanks for an excellent Thanksgiving week!

I stayed at this hotel with my family. We had an excellent experience during our stay. This hotel just opened few months ago and is decorated very tastefully. Our room was flawless. Hotel staff is experienced and friendly and they went out of their way to please us and made our stay very comfortable by attending to our needs and gave us plenty of information for Cedar City and the surrounding attractions. Nice indoor pool/spa, exercise room with a massage chair, free internet in the lobby, morning newspaper. Morning breakfast was excellent. At this hotel you can expect great service with smile and not to mention clean comfortable room. Overall, we enjoyed this reasonably priced hotel very well. We will return to this hotel and recommend to our friends in a heartbeat!

Dear AvidTraveler25,

Wow, thank you for the review, and the kind words. We even though are a few years older, have kept up the hotel, and as a matter of fact, now have beds that would be just as well placed in a world class resort. So we would like to invite you back to come and make new memories in southern Utah, and have a great stay while doing that.

We arrived for a single night stay late in the afternoon, having driven a considerable distance across Utah. We were tired, very dusty and unkempt from hiking. We were greeted with an amazing smile and with such courtesy and helpfulness at check-in, we could have been from Head Office! All the tips on dining options and local facilities were spot on, too. At check-out a different member of staff was equally pleasant.
The hotel is clearly quite new. Everything we tried was in good working order, still fresh and clean. The (probably standard) room we were given was a good size and very clean, the bed was large, very comfortable and had decent linens. There was a fridge in the room, a nice bonus, and all the bathroom ware worked just fine.
Having seen the sign for the new, indoor swimming pool, after a quick shower, I decided to try it out. It was a comfortable temperature and the dehumifier system seemed to work very well - no steamed up windows. The small spa tub was also fine. My only, minor, complaint about the pool was the tiny and seemingly rather old towels provided - and I got the last one! The small gym had an very adequate selection of (untested) machines, and a water cooler.
The least exciting thing about the hotel is it's aspect, our view was towards the Interstate and traffic lights, beyond the parking lot. But, hey, this a non-fancy chain hotel, conveniently located for I-15. Fortunately, the room was sufficiently well sound-proofed that we never heard any traffic and the black-out drapes kept the view away, too.
If only all chain hotels at this level and price were this good.

We spent 3 nights there and had a great time. The hotel has a great location. We went to Zion one day and Bryce the next.
As others have said the breakfast was good. i wish they had some better fresh fruit. The apples and oranges looked like they had been around a while too long. There was always free coffee in the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were great. Didn't seem to be many people using them.
I would stay there again without a doubt.

My wife and I were excited to stay in this newly constructed hotel, assuming we would benefit from years of advancement in hotel construction and design. Sadly, the entire building seems to be built out of 2-ply cardboard. We had the misfortune of getting a room next to a family of 4, that I'm sure we'll be seeing on the TV show "Super Nanny" in the near future. We could hear every conversation, and tantrum from this family, plus we could hear the guest beneath us snoring. Not cool! You will hear every door that opens within a 10 room radius... all night long.

The cleaning staff at this hotel must be visually impaired, because upon arrival we found a Sweet & Low wrapper on the floor of the bathroom, not a foot from the trash can. Also, after we placed our bags on top of the bar counter, we discovered a coffee spill that hadn't been wiped. The real clincher was a big piece of chocolate candy left on the floor by a chair. We decided to test the cleaning crew by kicking the candy into the middle of the room, to see if they'd notice it the next day. To our shock and horror, the candy was completely undisturbed after our room was made up! I'm sure the candy still sits there to this day.

The overall appearance of the lobby and rooms is quite nice, but more attention needs to be paid to details... like food on the floor. Great location, and easy to find. The gentleman greeting us upon arrival was friendly and helpful, but a young man attending our checkout was apathetic.

If you stay here and find your room has coffee stains, sugar wrappers and candy on the floor... IT WASN'T FROM US! Great hotel for the deaf and blind.

Stayed here 10th/11th September. I've used Tripadvisor for 4 years to find hotels & this is the first time I've been even slightly dissapointed. This is 1 of 8 hotels we stayed in on a fantastic driving tour of Las Vegas & the Southwest & the only one I woudn't stay at again. I have been to the USA several times & am struggling to remember any previous encounters with unfriendly & bored looking reception staff. Both check in & check out staff members were unsmiling & looked like they would rather be somewhere else. We arrived at breakfast a few minutes before the 10am deadline & met an unfriendly kitchen/dining room assistant who refused to cook any more eggs. I suppose there has to be a cut off & it would have been after 10am by the time they were cooked, but this & the fact that she started clearing away the other breakfast things when there were still 2 tables eating did not exactly make us feel welcome.
Our room was large & comfortable for the price, but next to a metal staircase that led to the car park which was very noisy. I left my e-mail address for the manager to get back to me as I was not happy with my stay but she never did. I get the impression there is a culture of poor service here. It dosn't cost anything to smile guys!
