I have stayed at this hotel many times. For years we stayed at another NYC hotel, but this Radisson is , and my co-workers agree, the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and the food is good and reasonably priced. I have nothing but good things to say about this great place!

Got a decent rate at the Radisson so from the beginning you know that if you wanted luxury and space, you are not going to get it. On the negatives, the room was very small, hardly room to close the bathroom door. On the positive, clean, great location 1 block from Macy's and midtown and free internet in the hotel business centre. This is a real plus as most hotels charge you through the roof. The restaurant attached to the hotel is nice, sports on tv, not too expensive. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great

A very nice hotel! Service was excellent. Hotel is located right in the middle of all the action, or the action is just a short walk away! Stayed for 4 nights, over Thanksgiving with my family. We left the hotel every morning for breakfast at a nearby diner. Had dessert in the hotel restaurant one evening, late..... and it was AMAZING ! We did see several groups of airline employees, but they were either coming or going in a group, and it was a non issue.
Rooms were nice and very clean. My only complaint with this hotel was that the beds were not very comfortable. They were just ok. Didn't sleep well at all the first night. Pillows were not good. Be sure to ask for better/more pillows before your first night of sleep! We had 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 teens, and it was a little hard for the 2 adults to sleep on the double bed. Macy's is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. JCPenny's also! Subway is just outside the hotel. Bellman recommended a place for us to eat, and basically it was a smoky bar. We had to leave. Another night, the bellman recommended a Korean restaurant that was right across the street from the hotel, and we had a horrible service experience at the restaurant. We spent 100.00 for a family of 4. When we left the restaurant, we immediately went to McDonalds where my husband ate another meal. So, after two attempts, .....I would say to be cautious of the hotel's restaurant recommendations.
A lot of people movement right outside the hotel, so several times the hotel staff would check our room keys (to make sure we were indeed a hotel guest).
I would certainly recommend this hotel. Make sure you get adequate beds though! Bring very, very comfortable shoes, because you will be doing a lot of walking!
The free internet access was slow, but for a fee you could upgrade to faster speed.
Enjoy!

Historic hotel on 32nd/Broadway in walking distance (10 blocks) from Times Square, Off the America's, 5th Avenue, right next to Empire State Building. Great location, Metro station next to hotel. Very quiet place at the inside, on the outside of course very busy.Great à la carte breakfast at the Café Martinique. We will definitely choose the Radisson Martinique again on our next stay in NY !!

After searching for so many hotels in New York i found this beauty. Everything about this hotel is fab fab fab! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is mindblowing, i took my two teenage daughters for their 16th and 18th birthdays and it was the best four days we ever had. The hotel is very clean, there was always somebody to tell us where to go for shopping, sightseeing etc.
I am going again next year and this hotel is on top my list to stay!
