“Their tan tan ramen was so satisfying!”
Reviewed March 4, 2013

My first visit here. I had the tan tan (minced pork in a spicy miso fatty broth) ramen for $9. Wow, one of the best ramens I've had. On par with Ippudo. 14 seats but worth the wait. Sign in on the clipboard inside the front door.

“Sooooooo Yummy!”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

This place is really a hidden gem. It is quite small so you can go and put your name on a wait list inside and hang out outside, but it is totally worth the wait. They give big portions and great meals. You also sit on bar stools and get to watch them cook which was a lot of fun. I had the vege miso ramen and it was unreal. I'd definitely recommend it!

“Worth the wait!”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Great food and worth the 20 odd minute wait. Wait list was a good idea. Some seats and the offer for drinks while waiting would be a good idea. All in all would recommend this place for a great, warming meal in a bowl!

“超おいしい!”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

Very good restaurant! Fabulous ramen (tastes like home) and the fried rice (called cha-han) is so good. I can't even begin to explain how great this place is. The interior of the restaurant reminds me of Japan.

“Authentic ramen experience”
Reviewed July 28, 2012

Nice and cozy ramen noodle store with a seated bar, $4 Sapporo beers and reasonable ramen. Tried the cold "rin ring" noodle which was delicious and spicy. The noodle was cooked perfectly and it was fun watching the chefs make it from scratch. Their gyoza was reasonable and tasty. The food came fairly fast and was lucky to get a seat straight away in this busy noodle joint. They have $7 ramen on Mondays and discounts on gyoza on Wednesdays.
Will come back again.
