Our stay at Trump International Hotel & Tower NTX was the finest hotel experience we've ever had; loved the saltwater pool. Service was excellent via some of nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. A+

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities are excellent. Every detail in the rooms was thought out. The staff are incredible and responded immediately to any request. We have stayed at other 5 star hotels with slow and surly service. The Trump Hotel puts those hotels to shame. The fitness center is large with a wide variety of equipment, ample towels, water, fruit and a pool. We will return whenever we go back to New York. We booked a room with a kitchen and that was a great bonus - a truly full size kitchen to make the stay even more comfortable.

Service was first rate as staff catered to our requests very rapidly. The parking valet was also efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a high quality bed. Breakfast service was also commendable next to the lobby.

We stayed at Trump International
while visiting with our 3 children
Possibly the best location in New York.
On columbus circle which is the actual centre of new york. Views over central park. Next to time warner shopping centre. Right above the columbus circle subway station which is a major subway hub (3 lines cross. Makes getting around new york effortless with a 7 day subway pass for $32) Very helpful staff. One of the few hotels in New York with an indoor pool. The pool is long enough to actually get some decent exercise swimming lengths though only 2 swimming lanes wide. Recently refurbished luxury apartment style hotel. Great value given the 5 star facilities and location. Really a luxury apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel. If we are visiting New York again we would happily stay here.
For us it was perfect as we were travelling with our children and really utilised the kitchen in the suite. However the kitchen is v poorly stocked with anything to cook with (no kitchen knives or kitchen utensils, 1 small pan, no oven tray etc) and you have to ask housekeeping to provide this. Definitely not the best hotel in the world as some of the advertising blurb states. Not even the best in New York. The Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental will offer a more luxury experience but at a price. As a luxury apartment hotel however this is hard to beat and we loved it.
Of note: The building is 44 stories but the hotel only occupies the lower 17 stories.
There are at least 3 floors missing so actually the 17th story is really the 14th.

Super clean, comfy beds, fresh clean AC air (no cigarettes), refrigerator w/sink & dishwasher. Spacious rooms. Central park nearby w/fun literary path, pond, lake &mature Elms. Yummy food at terrace restaurant. Friendly staff. Check out Trump Tower on 5th too. Fun experience.
