We had rooms 1028 - 2 dbl bedroom, with two windows! Loved the small kitchen area. Also room was right by the elevator.
We also had room 1026 - Handicap Accesible 2- dbl beds. Loved the bathroom, it was a room with shower/toilet/sink, also had a shower chair!
Staff was always friendly, even the girl in the gift shop. She gave us great advise on local activities!
The location was perfect for subway and time square, rockerfeller center and much more!
Thanks for a great time, we will be back!!

Had a great stay. Great location. Easy access to many metro lines. Helpful staff. Double room had a small kitchen area, large closet, and a fair amount of room for the five of us, which included our 22 mo old in a pack and play. I would stay here again.

Stayed here in May 2010 on recommendation from friends. Got a great value deal via laterooms and was very pleased with the standard and quality of the accommodation for what we paid. In a leafy tree lined street with a great Mexican restaurant a few doors down and a couple of general stores for necessities only doors away. Only two blocks walk from Times Square and the main Theatre District. My mum can't walk great distances but could manage to get to this area without the need girl Taxis. The bus stop for one of the main open top bus tours is just around the corner at the end of the read. We got a great deal for all available tours over two and a half days which was well worth it. Hop on hop off service for $75 each which we used to do all tours and got brilliant vantage points for photos.
The room was nicely decorated with a very handy kitchenette area. Cleanliness of an excellent standard and all the staff were very pleasant. My only gripe was the very poor internet service which even using the wired connection was lacking. Make alternative provision for the internet. Breakfast was very good and Starbucks and numerous delis and cafes in the immediate area if you want a change or cheaper alternative if you''re on room only.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Belvedere proved to be the perfect place for our stay in NYC. We had many flight delays and cancellations, but the hotel was great at working wth our plan changes. It was a perfect boutique hotel - don't expect a large lobby, etc that you would find in a large, chain hotel. If you want attention to detail and great service and a quiet place to stay that is within walking distance to main attractions, then this is your place. Our room was an executive double-double - the bathroom was very nice & the room was a large in siize with a full-size closet, mini-fridge, microwave, free internet, and flat screen tv. Concierge was very helpful in giving us any directions needed. We will definitely return to The Belvedere when we visit NYC in the future.

Room Tip: If you want a view, request a higher floor. We were on floor 3, so the view wasn't great, but we were not in room for the view. Our room was fantastic though.

We stayed in the Belvedere for 7 nights (family of 5 - two rooms) and as it was the first time in New York I asked advice from the staff on a number of occasions and each time sound advice was given. The Hotel was clean, efficient and professional, and very close to Times Square and Broardway.

There was no bar or restaurant in the hotel, but this wasn't a problem as there are a number of excellent restaurants with bars nearby. The hotel encourage the use of these and delivery to the room isn't a problem.

Each room we had contained a sink and fridge so drinks and some food could be stored. I would certainly recommend and return.

Room Tip: I overheard a guest complain to reception about the noise from outside stopping him sleep - I personally didn't have a problem with this, my rooms were OK - but as the man on reception said (with great respect to the guest) - NY is not a quiet city!
