This is a wonderful hotel centrally located for all tourism activities. The subway is one block away. The famous Timew Square is two blocks away. You can sit at open tables and just people watch day and night.

Room Tip: Try and upgrade to the conscierge floor. Its well worth the extra $50.00 per day.

Thank you for the feedback. There is nothing we love to hear more than our guests loving their experience with us! Our location is second to none! We are just close enough to Times Square and many NYC attractions but a few blocks from the hustle and bustle to give our guests some relaxation. We look forward to your next visit!

Warm Regards,

Joseph Giordano

Hello Fellow Travellers,

I just came back from a weekend in NYC and it was a blast! We stayed at the Sheraton in Times Square. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the service is fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean.

What made our trip extra special was the service we received by the concierge staff, namely - Lazaro Herandez and Mike Pacheco. These guys are awesome! They gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations, good directions and answered all of our many, many questions.

Go to the Sheraton and make sure to speak to either Herandez or Mike to make the most of your visit!!

We arrived on Friday June 7, in the middle of a rain storm. The staff at the front were wonderful, obviously trying to help people inside as quickly as possible. The line up at the front desk moved very quickly and the staff member I dealt with was wonderful.
The rooms are clean and the amenities great.
The best part of the stay is the closeness to EVERYTHING.
Times Square is an 8 minute walk, but in the rooms you don't hear the noise.
The theatres are close and the restaurants aplenty.
The checkout was easy and quick and there was a taxi there before we even needed it.
We had a wonderful stay, would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone !!!

Room Tip: We stayed on the 19th floor at the front, so we had a nice view, but I assume as it is a Sheraton, most rooms would be great.

Incredible location, right in the heart of Time Square. Average room with nice decor, very spacious and with beds that you will not want to abandon to get to know the city. They have a great bar and a restaurant that offers delicious breakfasts.

Overall: two thumps up.

Room Tip: Look for the rooms that face Time Square.

Had an excellent time spending 2 nights at the Sheraton last weekend with my father. Good location with many attraction within walking distance; Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Central Park all within a few block radius. Bustling hotel which appears to be recently refurbished. The room was nice having everything you would expect and not as small as other hotel rooms in NYC. The check in process was smooth and easy. There is an adequate gym facility if you are looking to get in a workout and the lobby bar is a Starbucks by day and bar by night.

We also visited the 911 Memorial (it's about 14 stops away on the subway to the WTC/Wall Street area). I'd recommend going online and booking a reservation for this because there are large lines and people with tickets get through the line a little quicker than those without tickets.

Also nearby the hotel are the famous Carnegie Deli, Rosie OGrady's (nice pub style restaurant bar) and my weekend find - http://53rdand6th.com/ open late night and you can't beat the price of 6 bucks for a heaping plate of chicken and rice.
