the Room size was great. The elevators had a problem. No Bar or restaurant. Staff friendly. Location great. If all you want is a bed, this is the place. Great Restos and Bars close by. No bar and no resto

Did have to queue for the lift and it was quite noisy. However, it is New York and there is something always happening. Our room was a decent size and well positioned on the corner it was always well cleaned. It was expensive for a hotel with no onsite facilities.

This hotel was one of the worst my family has experienced. I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere. The house keeping staff at the hotel were rude and inconsiderate. They claimed they had no caffeinated coffee and got very bothered when we asked for an extra washcloth. We waited in a long line every time we had to ride the elevator. The air conditioner in our room did not cool well, there was no smoke detector in our room when we arrived and we had difficulty washing our hands in the sink due to low water pressure. There is also no restaurant, bar, room service or gift shop at the hotel either. There is no sound proofing in the hotel - you will hear your neighbors, sirens, and cars at night. Please do yourself a favor and choose another hotel.

This place is a little loud all night long and full of tour buses but what location, if we didn't have to bang the room doors shuttle, it would help ons the noise level. Otherwise, the breakfasts/snack bar in the lobby is great and Laura the concierge was very helpful. This place is all about location!

Under certain renovations, this hotel offers rather budget stay in Manhattan with better privacy. If shared dorms cost US$60/night, it's surely a wise choice to spend little more to treat yourself better. Just a minute walk to subway stations (7 Av/53 St & 50 St) and Broadway, and 5 minutes to Times Square.
