The room looked great and the location was awesome! Right around the corner from Times Square. Pricing was a little high, but I got a great deal through Priceline so that wasn't really an issue. They do parking for $55/day, but there's also a garage across the street where it's about $45/day (I believe). Not too much cheaper, but the hotel's parking is a few blocks away so it takes like 20 minutes for them to get it while across the street takes about 5. Either one is for 24 hours from when you park it. So even though check out is noon, if you don't put your car in there until 5 PM, you don't have to get it until 5 PM. You can also do less than 24 hrs if you want, but why not utilize the subway?

The only issue that came up was we took items out of the mini-bar so we could store our own stuff, and we got charged. We put it all back though and they reversed the charges.

Oh yeah and the other thing that sucked was the wi-fi was not free. We did not utilize it so I don't know how much it was.

The sheets were a little weird because the bottom one was not a fitted sheet (it seem like just another top sheet tucked in), so by the morning we were kind of entangled up in them. But the bed itself was pretty comfortable. Was a little hard to find a happy temperature, but we brought a mini-fan so we were ok.

We were in town for a wedding that was at the Hudson Theater (attatched to hotel) and we were not satisfied. First we reserved 3 rooms for our party that one person paid for. When we got there we were required to give our credit card, which they charged for the room plus a 200 deposit for each room. We thought we were giving card for incidentals. The third party in our third room couldn't check in until we returned to the hotel. We had to then say that someone else had paid for it, to make a long story short, they were not very friendly or helpful at the front desk, nor was there any sort of apology for the confusion. Then, we were on a non-smoking floor, (two of our rooms anyway...even though we reserved three rooms at one time, one was on a different floor...) in my mother-in laws room there was a very strong odor of smoke. We called downstairs and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. the second time we complained, we were told we could move, not likely with the amount of stuff we had, the third time, they came to the room and sprayed some air freshner. The staff was rude and not helpful, the beds were hard as a rock and be very careful when walking around them as the frame sticks out and you will hit your knees! The best part of the visit was the wedding, it was beautiful and the bell hops were absolutely the best.

We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a wedding reception in the Hudson Theater. I had never stayed at a Millennium Hotel before and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is steps from Broadway and right next to Times Square. But I found the hotel lobby and rooms to be surprisingly quiet . We were put in a king room on the 37th floor and had a nice view of Times Square but couldn't hear any of the commotion. The room was large with a lot of open space. Other New York hotel rooms I have been in have been decently sized but oddly shaped so that a lot of the space was in nooks and crannies. The bathroom was very nicely sized. The service was fine, so much so that we didn't notice it much. The only complaint was that the lines to check in in the mid-afternoon were a bit long and the hotel could have benefited from another staff member manning the desk.

Only a half block 20 second walk to the HEART of Times Square. I think you get the point. This is the place to be if you want to be in Times Square. Walking distance from Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, David Letterman, Empire State Building, and …..well you get the point. Short 20 minute taxi to the Statue of Liberty and ground zero. The rooms are typical, but the breakfast here is not good at all. It’s only a continental breakfast, but every morning the food was not covered and there were tiny flies around the bread and fruit. I just avoided this by eating cereal. That’s the only thing bad I can say. The staff was helpful. Other than that, it’s worth the money if your looking to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
