This hotel was recommended to us by a friend, and it was lovely. We chose a small room, as we figured we'd be out and about so much it wouldn't matter, and it was fine; in fact I think the cosiness made it more special and intimate for a couple anyway. The lobby was delightful and the concierge was so friendly and full of well-intended personality. We really liked him, and he made us feel happy and welcome. The Uni graduation was happening the week we were there and everything was purple and there were proud families everywhere, which was kinda sweet to be around. We were able to walk to all the things we wanted to see in Soho and the Village, and all the very best comedy stores are just around the corner. We laughed more in our 3 days here than we've laughed in our whole lives, most likely, so it was a great stay. Also loved the surrounding architecture and all the loacls walking their designer dogs. I felt a bit like an extra in a Woody Allen film, and I loved it all.

After paying 350 dollars a night for a deluxe queen, I was moved to a standard double because of the horrible bed with the mattress that dipped in the middle. They still charged me for the deluxe queen. After moving between rooms 2 times and still ended up with a poor bed, I decided to give up and put up with it... until I realised I was bitten by bed bugs a day later.

Breakfast was very average with cold food.

Room Tip: They have horrible beds with a dip in the middle.

Freindly cosy hotel located in Greenwich. Quiet spacious rooms, cosy wine bar and award winning restaurant. Staff exceptionally friendly, especially the doorman. They dont make you feel like just another tourist.
Breakfast included in our package, and I was able to order boiled eggs cooked to perfection each morning at an extra cost of $2 !!
We will definetly be making this our base in NYC when next we visit.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors have little traffic or park noise, lovely breeze and good views.

Firts time in NY and we sayed in this hotel for 7 nights. Smal room, but clean and cozy. Metro at "the next corner" and walking distance to everything. Near Greenwich Village and Meatdistrict, lots of restaurants .... Jazz clubs ..... Short terms, Great location and nice hotel.
