We simply loved the food here, the bread and soup they sell could not be bettered anywhere else and the service is probably the friendliest in the City of New York. If you are near 9th Ave, then please try stop at Amy's for a bite to eat, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot even begin to put into words the sounds that came out of my mouth as I ate the sumptuous baking that comes from Amy's bread. We had an apartment across the street and in the morning would wander over to Amy's and line up for muffins and scones and other goodies that were truly homemade and delectable. This is a must do in NYC.

Ordered 8 sandwiches, they were out of the turkey basil sandwich. Prices were rather fair for the area. Bread twists are excellent, bought the olive, chocolate, and rosemary twists and a chocolate au Bain, all were tasty. Would go back again for the breads....not so much the sandwiches.

After spending almost a week in NYC and being really disappointed with the food, it was amazing to come across Amy's Bread. We had breakfast there and it was very well priced with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend Amy's to anyone. Looking forward to going back tomorrow!
